A chance to bare our truth.

Inspired by the TrapSoul Yoga tour, Bare & Soup is an event series designed for women of colour to share, engage and create meaningful connections with one another.

The experience

We will begin with a 15 minute guided meditation led by Liz Coucean, followed by an interactive conversation about building and sustaining meaningful relationships within our communities. Bring your journal, pen and an open heart as we embark on a journey of discovery. The event will take place in a simple and intimate setting featuring a selection of gourmet soups and salads to enjoy.
