Villij Walks is a walking club created for women of colour that will serve as a healing space for mind and body. This experience encourages slowing down through movement and conversations.

Join us on Saturday mornings to enjoy a scenic 2-hour walk in Toronto and Montreal. We will stretch before and after each walk, and take a moment to connect during our journey. All paces and fitness levels are welcomed.

Villij Walks are dependant of weather and will be cancelled in unfavourable conditions.

  • Walking shoes

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Lightweight backpack/fanny pack for your personal belongings
