Villij Walks is a walking club created for women of colour that will serve as a healing space for mind and body. This experience encourages slowing down through movement and conversations.
Join us on Saturday mornings for six weeks to enjoy a scenic 2-hour walk in Toronto and Montreal. We will stretch before and after each walk, and take a moment to connect during our journey. All paces and fitness levels are welcomed.
Villij Walks are dependant of weather and will be cancelled in unfavourable conditions.

What you’ll need?
Lightweight backpack/fanny pack for your personal belongings
Montreal and Toronto. Meeting point will be released 7 days before the walk.
