This pop‑up series runs October 3 through November 28, bringing our full studio energy to Montreal for a limited run.

Every class is lit by candlelight for a softer, quieter room. Whether you are new to your mat or you have been practicing for years, our classes are approachable and invite you to move at your pace. Expect a mix of yoga and mat Pilates, set to the same R&B forward playlists.
