RENTAL POLICIES

A few things to know

  • Standard rentals run for 24 hours from the agreed delivery time to the scheduled pick-up. Multi-day and extended rentals are available. Request for a custom quote.

  • The minimum order is the Base Package ($350 + HST) for up to 25 items. Individual item rentals are not available at this time.

  • Drop & Go rentals are the client's responsibility to arrange on-site.

    Full Setup and White Glove bookings require a confirmed floor plan or layout brief at least 48 hours before delivery.

  • Included in all packages. Mats sanitised; cushion covers inspected and freshened before every rental.

  • +$50 if items are returned with heavy soiling, stains, or damage beyond normal use. Assessed at pick-up.

  • Renter is responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear. Replacement cost for a Lululemon mat is $130 CAD; Halfmoon cushion is approximately $120 CAD per unit.

  • Bookings made within 48 hours are subject to a rush fee. Custom quote based on availability and logistics.

  • Please stack mats neatly and group cushions together for pick-up. Standard wear is expected. The $50 surcharge applies only to heavy soiling or visible stains.

  • +$100/day for returns beyond the agreed 24-hour window. Extended multi-day rentals available at a custom quote.

  • Cancellations 7 days before delivery receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a 50% fee. Cancellations with 48 hours are non-refundable.

  • All pricing is subject to 13% Ontario HST. Invoices are issued with a full tax breakdown.
