Villij Retreat:

Vietnam 2026

May 18 – 25, 2026  | Hoi An, Vietnam

A cultural wellness experience crafted for rest, connection, and a pause from the everyday.

The Destination

Tucked between lush rice fields and a lantern-lit river, our host destination in Hoi An embodies harmony between nature, culture, and care.

Rooted in the ancient practice of Vietnamese herbology, this sanctuary redefines what it means to travel well, honouring both people and place through eco-conscious design, local hiring, and deep community engagement.

This retreat invites you to slow down, move at your own rhythm, and craft a journey that feels uniquely yours.

Gastronomic Homage

to Ancient Town

The retreat’s kitchens honour the land and its stories. Enjoy plant-forward dishes crafted from seasonal, foraged herbs that offer a true taste of Vietnam. Every meal is a farm-to-table celebration, designed to nourish your body and delight your senses.

Experiences

Meet your Hosts

  • @bykimknight

After visiting over 30 countries and living in Southeast Asia, I’ve fallen in love with slow travel, wellness, and savoring life’s little moments. I’m happiest exploring new flavors, connecting with local communities through adventure, and carving out time to simply rest because sometimes, all a girl really needs is to lay down and do nothing.

I hope this trip reminds you that you are deserving of good things, amazing experiences, and time just for yourself.

  • @tishjbird

Hi, I’m Tish — a Virgo and self-proclaimed avid traveller. Naturally, I love a good plan but also thrive on leaving room for spontaneous moments: connecting with locals and stumbling upon unexpected gems.

Over the past few years, I’ve explored more than 25 countries, immersing myself in local cultures and embracing new experiences. Often the planner of the group, I’m known for finding unique stays and experiences while bringing curiosity and thoughtfulness to my travel planning. I also run a travel newsletter, Adds to List, where I share itineraries and tips from my adventures. For me, travelling is about the people I meet, the connections I make, and the stories that stay with me long after the trip ends.
